  Really terrible experience i registered online for the Christmas program and once i arrived for toy pick-up i spoke with one of the guys thats in charge of the program and he was very rude i was told if the kids were not present they couldn't recieve anything i explained they were sick and that's why i couldn't bring them so he said he not going to just give me gifts and push them out the door and that it's not fair to the kids that's there i told him i had ss cards and everything so he said i can sit and wait for every child that's thete to recieve a gift and if there's any left he would allow me to get them so i left and was a little upset
